When you book: your name, phone number and email address, the service you chose, and the date and time of your visit.
When you pay a deposit: the payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe — they never reach our server and we do not store them.
When you send a photo for assessment: the image of the skin area and what you tell us about it.
Automatically: anonymous technical information about your visit to the site.
Only to confirm your booking, contact you about your visit, take the deposit and give you an honest assessment of what we can do. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Before and after photographs are published only with your written consent. You give that consent as a separate item in the agreement before your procedure, and you are free to decline — it does not affect the procedure itself. You may withdraw consent at any time: write to us and we will remove the photographs from the site and from social media.
Stripe — to process your deposit. Google — the map on our contact section. Each of them handles data under its own policy.
Booking records — for as long as you remain our client, and afterwards for as long as US tax rules require. Photographs — for as long as your consent stands.
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent for the use of your photographs. Write to alexandraskin.help@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We accept clients aged 21 and over. This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Our services are cosmetic, not medical. We do not keep medical records and we are not a HIPAA covered entity. If you have any medical condition or take medication, tell us at the consultation — some conditions require clearance from your physician.
This document explains how the studio handles your data and your booking. If anything is unclear, just ask us — we'll explain it in plain language.
